General Discription 32% Ready-To-Cook Bake in the Bag (Mylar) Raw Roast. Ingredients Turkey Breast containing up to 32% of a solution of Water, Salt, Sugar and Sodium Phosphate. Suggested Uses Center-of-the-plate turkey entree's, carving stations, catering and anywhere a premium freshly prepared turkey breast is preferred. Preparation & Cooking Instructions Butterball recommends to thaw individual roasts in their original packaging under refrigeration for 48 hours. In a shallow pan, place the roast in it's original packaging in a convection oven preheated to 325 F. Cook the roast for approximately 2.5 - 3.5 hours or 15 minutes per pound. For a conventional oven, preheat the oven to 350 F for and cook the roast for approximately 3.5 - 4.0 hours. Remove the roast from the oven when it reaches 160 F and let it "rest" for 30 minutes.
