General Discription

The mouth-watering aroma of whole bird taste is prevalent in this Raw Roast. Each breast is a boneless, breast-thigh combination, ready to cook, skin-on, foil wrapped. These turkey roasts are the choice of chefs for carving stations and picture-perfect presentations.

Turkey Breast, Turkey Thigh Meat Enhanced with a 15% Solution of Water, Salt, Sugar, Sodium Phosphate

Preparation & Cooking Instructions

Butterball recommends thawing individual roasts in their original packaging, in a refrigerated environment, for 48 hours.

Remove thawed roast from the plastic overwrap bag; do not remove the foil. In a shallow pan, place the roast in a convection oven preheated to 325 degrees F. Cook the roast for approximately 2 hours (or 15 minutes per pound). With approximately 30 minutes left in the cooking process, peel back the foil to allow the skin to brown. For a conventional oven preheat the oven to 350 degrees F, and cook the roast approximately 2.5 hours. Remove the roast from teh oven when the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F, and let it "rest" for 30 minutes before slicing or carving.
